Every hand is unique, and finding the perfect fit is part of creating a ring that feels truly yours. We want every step to feel effortless and thoughtful, so we include a ring sizing service with your order to help you choose the fit that feels just right.

Simply place your order, then contact us at finajewelry@outlook.com. We’ll send you a complimentary ring sizer so you can confirm your size before your piece goes into production.

Once your size is confirmed, we’ll take care of the rest and create your ring.

Fina pieces include a 1-year warranty covering stone tightening if needed, plus one complimentary professional cleaning and polishing.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, loss, theft, improper care, or damage caused by third-party repairs or modifications.

Fina pieces are crafted in solid 10K and 14K gold, sterling silver, and carefully selected gemstones.

The gemstones we currently work with include natural diamonds, lab-grown diamonds, lab-grown sapphires, natural amethyst, and natural tourmaline.

We choose gemstones with beauty, wearability, and durability in mind. Many of the stones used in Fina pieces sit higher on the Mohs hardness scale, making them suitable for everyday jewelry when cared for properly.

Each gemstone has its own care needs.

• Diamonds are one of the hardest gemstones, but they naturally attract oils, which means they can lose sparkle from everyday wear, lotions, and hand creams. To keep them bright, gently clean your diamond jewelry with warm water, mild soap, and a soft toothbrush, then dry with a soft cloth.
  
• Natural gemstones such as amethyst and tourmaline should be treated with a little extra care. Avoid harsh chemicals, ultrasonic cleaners, heavy impact, and extreme temperature changes, as these can affect the stone or setting over time.

For all gemstone jewelry, we recommend removing your pieces before swimming, cleaning, exercising, or applying lotions and perfumes.

Because some Fina pieces are made to order, return and exchange eligibility may vary by item.

Ready-to-ship pieces may be eligible for return or exchange if unworn, in original condition, and returned with original packaging.

Rings are considered custom pieces, as they are made or sized specifically for each order. Made-to-order, custom, resized, engraved, or personalized pieces may be final sale.
