Returns

You have 7 business days after receiving your order to request a return. 
Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging, and include a receipt or proof of purchase.

If approved, we’ll send you a return label and instructions. 
Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted. 

 
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right as quickly as possible. 

 
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 
All such purchases are final sale. 

 
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return it first as described above. 
Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want. 

 
European Union Customers
Orders shipped to the European Union are eligible for a 14-day cancellation or return period, for any reason. 
Items must be returned in unused condition, with tags and proof of purchase. 

 
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval. 
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. 

Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process it.
