At Fina Jewelry, every order is prepared with care and attention to detail. Below you’ll find all the information regarding our processing and shipping options.

Processing & Shipping Times 
We currently offer three shipping options within Canada and the United States: 

Shipping Option, Estimated Delivery Time, Cost 

  • Free Standard Shipping, 5–10 business days, Free
  • Expedited Shipping, 3–5 business days, $15 CAD
  • Express Shipping, 1–3 business days, $35 CAD 

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days before shipping. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, holidays, or customs processing (for international orders). 

Order Tracking 
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. 
If you haven’t received your tracking info within a few days, please check your spam folder or contact us at finajewelry@outlook.com 

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase. 
Fina Jewelry is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. 

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs. 

Lost or Delayed Packages
While shipping delays are rare, once an order has been shipped, delivery times are beyond our control. If your package appears lost or delayed, please reach out to us. We’ll do our best to help resolve the issue with the carrier.
